Orders and Quotations: All quotations are provided based on the specifications supplied by the customer. Prices may change if the requirements, quantities or materials are altered. Orders are confirmed only after the customer approves the final quotation and artwork.
Artwork and Proofs: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs and proofs before printing. Once artwork is approved and the job goes to print, we are not liable for errors such as spelling, layout or colour that were present in the approved file.
Payment: Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Work may not commence until the agreed deposit or full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Turnaround and Delivery: We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Colour Variations: Slight variations in colour may occur between the on-screen design, digital proofs and the final printed product. Such variations are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
Cancellations: If an order is cancelled after production has started, the customer may be charged for work completed and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
